MSPT, OCS, LMT

Lynne, owner of Tigard Physical Therapy, has been practicing PT for 29 years and has been a LMT for 31 years. She lives in Tualatin with her husband. She enjoys exercise, hiking, kayaking, gardening, craftwork and traveling.

A bit about Lynne

PHYSICAL THERAPIST | MASSAGE THERAPIST Lynne’s treatment philosophies include education of the patient regarding diagnosis and related anatomy, using a “hands-on” manual therapy approach to correct muscle and joint imbalances, teaching appropriate exercises and self-care techniques to promote patients’ ability to control symptoms independently. Her specialties include:

Jessica Steele-Thornborrow

DPT

Jessica lives in Aloha with her husband and two dogs. She enjoys spending time outside, hiking, fishing, hunting, riding and training her horses.

PHYSICAL THERAPIST Jessica has been practicing Physical Therapy since 2015, and has been working or volunteering in PT clinics since 2009. She believes that patient education is an important part of the healing process, in combination with hands-on manual therapy and prescribed exercises. Jessica is no stranger to being a physical therapy patient… in fact, she’s been quoted as “being a horrible patient and not doing her homework like she should”! With that experience, she understands what you are going through and can help troubleshoot your roadblocks to recovery. Jessica’s specialties include:
