Driving from the North
- From I-5 South, take exit 290 for Lower Boones Ferry Rd.
- Turn right onto Lower Boones Ferry Rd.
- Continue straight onto to Bridgeport Rd.
- In 0.2 miles, turn left into the REI parking lot. Drive straight past REI.
- Destination is straight ahead on the right, in the building directly behind REI. Look for the banner which reads, “Tigard Physical Therapy.”

We are located only 0.2 miles from the Tualatin Park & Ride at SW 72nd Avenue and SW Bridgeport Road (Stop ID 7879 & 7880).
