Lynne’s treatment philosophies include education of the patient regarding diagnosis and related anatomy, using a “hands-on” manual therapy approach to correct muscle and joint imbalances, teaching appropriate exercises and self-care techniques to promote patients’ ability to control symptoms independently.

PHYSICAL THERAPIST
Jessica has been practicing Physical Therapy since 2015, and has been working or volunteering in PT clinics since 2009. She believes that patient education is an important part of the healing process, in combination with hands-on manual therapy and prescribed exercises.
Jessica is no stranger to being a physical therapy patient… in fact, she’s been quoted as “being a horrible patient and not doing her homework like she should”! With that experience, she understands what you are going through and can help troubleshoot your roadblocks to recovery.

Based in Portland, Miranda lives with her husband and young son. Outside the clinic, she enjoys gardening, hiking, and exploring local products, restaurants, and hidden gems in Portland and the surrounding areas.

Katelyn lives in Tigard. She enjoys exercise, CrossFit competitions, hiking, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
