Kelly Bradley

MSPT, WHNC, CHC

Kelly has been helping people heal and feel their best for over 20 years. She lives in West Linn, Oregon with her husband and two boys. She enjoys nature, gardening, meditating, entrepreneurship, movement and farm to table food!

A bit about Kelly

Kelly believes that physical healing is often an inside job where many areas of life need to be addressed to truly get to the root cause and heal from that root. She treats patients and clients holistically taking into account their whole mind body emotion soul system.

Kelly is not only a practitioner but has also been a patient. It was her own healing journey and life experience that allowed her to dive deep into mind-body healing and truly experience all aspects of a healing journey. Her healing journey transformed her personally and professionally.

Kelly specializes in working with patients with chronic illness and pain and patients who have “tried everything” but are still not feeling well or healing. Her intention is to empower people with the knowledge and skills they need to help themselves heal and return their body back to its innate balance. She also motivates and inspires people to be patient and gather that courage to continue to experiment with new healing modalities and lifestyle changes because the body wants to return to homeostasis and every body can heal.

In sessions with Kelly you may work on manual physical therapy, nutrition, therapeutic movement, mindfulness, stress reduction, meditation, lifestyle design, Emotional Freedom Technique and more. Every patient is unique and requires unique treatments, therapies and lifestyle modifications to heal.

Her titles include:

  • Licensed Physical Therapist
  • Women’s Health & Nutrition Coach
  • Certified Holistic Health Coach

Mara Moranz

NASM CPT in process of completion

A bit about Mara

Mara began getting involved in fitness and movement as a child through dance and gymnastics training. Having an innate passion for the intertwining nature of the physical self and psyche, Mara has been a student of yoga for ten years and trained professionally as a dancer for thirteen years.

Her passion has fostered an emphasis on understanding the different bio-mechanical functions of our bodies, and finding ways to communicate these ideas so that we can strive to heal through movement. With this experience—as well as working through the intricacies of chronic illness—she has decided to pursue physical therapy as a career.

She is in the process of getting her personal training certification to further broaden her knowledge about the different modalities of healing, physical movement, and achieving one’s health goals. Mara plans to acquire her physical therapy degree in the future; she is excited to be a part of the team here at Tigard Physical Therapy.

You can’t change what’s going on around you until you start changing what’s going on within you.

Jesse Band

A bit about Jesse

I have a background in exercise and sports science with a B.S. from Portland State University (2017). I have grown up participating in many sports and other different activities.

While I was at Oregon State I found an interest in physical therapy, after taking anatomy and physiology, where I learned I had an interest in the way the human body works. I started shadowing and volunteeåring in many clinics around the Portland area and my love for this field has continued to grow. I plan to attend physical therapy school in the future.
